Paternity Testing

$150 for a Home Kit for two people
$250 at our Hillside location for two people
$400 for Legal Purposes for two people--Child Custody, Child Support, Birth Certificate, etc. Photo ID required for Court Admissible Documents.

M-F 8am – 6:30 pm
Sat. 10am – 1:00 pm
Sat/Sun by appointment – add $50 per appointment. 

Chicagoland mobile collection fee:  $65

▪▪▪Mother's sample is NOT needed for paternity testing--
only the alleged father, child and/or children.
▪▪▪Credit/debit, money order, bank check, or cash at Hillside Location.
