Paternity Testing

$150 for a Home Kit for two people
$250 at our Hillside location for two people
$350 for Legal Purposes for two people--Child Custody, Child Support, Birth Certificate, etc. Photo ID required for Court Admissible Documents.

Sat. 10am – 1:00 pm
Sat/Sun by appointment – add $50 per appointment. 

Chicagoland mobile collection fee:  $65
